On Sunday March 17 2019, my Capuchin confrere, Fr Joe Mallia OFM Cap, has celebrated his 60th anniversary from his priestly ordination. While congratulating wholeheartedly Fr Joe for this big grace in his priestly life I pray that God the Father keep renewing in him the Spirit of holiness with whom he has been anointed.
May the Lord continue to use him to spread to everyone, especially to those who feel estranged from the Church, the saving power of Christ’s Gospel. Finally, may the Lord continue to bless him by good health so that through his words and deeds the oil of the Spirit’s gladness keep touching the people he encounters.
