There are different ways of helping the poor. Jesus has thought us how to do this. He helped the poor firstly and most important by loving them.
The poor can be those people who have hardly anything to eat, no bed to sleep on, no house, no work… The poor can be those people who have every material thing they want… but in their hearts there is no peace, no love…there is hate, anger, frustration…
Jesus wants us to help the poor, to love them and show them that He cares for them.
Loving the poor, is loving Jesus.
