Whilst in Medjugorje I had the joy of listening read during the Mass, in the English translation, the gospel parable of the ten virgins (see Matt 25:1-13). Five were foolish and five were wise. That particular translation of the Biblical text named the wise virgins as sensible virgins. How beautiful! To be wise means to be sensitive!
Am I living wisely? Am I being sensitive to God’s Word as shown to me in the Bible, the Church, and in my everyday life? Do I really believe that wisdom is sensitivity?
